Notes for parents / carers

To help your child with their music learning at home our Music Service / School in conjunction with our eLearning partner Charanga, offer a whole range of interactive learning resources for access at home. If at all possible please allow your child to do at least some of their practice with the computer as these resources will really help the whole learning process.

Choosing a username

Please make sure the username you choose does not contain anything that may personally identify you. Do not share your username and password with anyone.

Privacy Information

This music learning website is operated on behalf of Sefton Music Service by Charanga Ltd. Suites 17 & 18 Brighton BN1 1AL.

Charanga does not collect personally identifiable information without users' knowledge. Your email address will only be used to provide you with password reminders or to notify you that the service has been suspended for maintenance. If you are under 16 you must get your parent/guardian's permission before you provide personal information to this website.

When a lesson code given to students by their teacher is entered into the website by a student to facilitate home practice, information stating the number of times that the lesson has been accessed is provided to the teacher but not any information linking lesson usage to a personally identifiable student.
